How long does engraving take?

24-48 hours for standard tags. Custom pieces 5-7 days.

Can I include a symbol or paw print?

Yes — upload the image on the product page, we vectorise it for engraving.

How does the memorial piece process work?

You order, we send a small kit to collect fur or (if you choose) a small measure of ashes. It ships back to us, we craft the piece, and everything unused is returned. There's a private phone line if you'd prefer to talk it through first.

Are the metals safe if my pet chews?

Our pieces are wear-safe, not chew-safe — no jewelry should be left on an unattended chewing pet.

Do you ship internationally?
